Return Policies
• To make a change or return the customer must present the original invoice.
• Returns are not accepted more than 15 days after the merchandise is dispatched.
• The merchandise must be in perfect condition in its original box with all its parts and manuals.
• The return will be exclusively in exchange for a credit note.
• In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for transportation and shipping of the new equipment.
• If you made a purchase with free shipping and decide to return your equipment or make a change, Transportation charges will be charged to the customer.
• Any product that has been installed or has started its installation, will not have the option of being returnable, since the possible damage to the installation will not allow us resell the equipment as new.
• To make a change or return you can do it physically in one of our succulents rsales or request a pick-up depending on the product (s) at the same delivery address by notifying us via email info@solarguat.com or by phone (502) 2412-7499.
