Shipping policies

• We offer home delivery to the client's address and delivery times will be 24-48 hours in the National District.

Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays would be delivered starting next Monday.

• The client will have the option to include an additional person authorized to receive the sent one, from this their identity card and contact will be requested.

• The delivery of the package will be pre-notified to the client by telephone and made during the scheduled day. The client or the authorized person must present their identity card that matches the order being delivered and sign the document indicated at the time of delivery for confirmation of it.

• After making your purchase online, the customer will have the option to withdraw their order by the nearest branch.

• Shipping costs are established by geographical area.

• Absolute export restriction and delivery outside the national territory of the products sold in the online store is established.
